Previously and recently speedy deleted (myself and another editor CSD'd it) non notable cryptospam. The last creator User talk:Newwwtoojee had JEX as a previous username and is still blocked for spamming. Legacypac (talk) 06:51, 14 December 2018 (UTC)
Iwantanicecream (talk) 07:39, 14 December 2018 (UTC) Thank you for giving the opionion, in https://en.wikipedia.org, JEX is already an existed entry and is Redirected to the page JAL Express, an airline with its headquarters at Tokyo International Airport and in Ota-ku, Tokyo, Japan. JEX Exchange is quite anothing thing. It's an exchange founded in 2017. As in the article, there is only two sentences introduction for the location, founder and founding year. It's very brief and neutral introduction, and just to let others know the entry with no personal or business aim. Thank you for understanding, and if there is any other thing, welcome to discuss
- Neutral - This is a case of moving too quickly against crypto-spam. Robert McClenon (talk) 15:54, 14 December 2018 (UTC)
- Too osoon Certainly it should be declined, but it is only fair to give it at least a chance for improvement. The ones we remove immediately are the G11s). DGG ( talk ) 17:50, 14 December 2018 (UTC)
- Has the creator declared any WP:COI? Is this new editor related to the last creator with the blocked account? The last creator was connected to the exchange by username and this seems to be a topic that a connected contributor would tend to edit while few unconnected contributors would bother with writing up. - Keep. It's not blatantly promotional and with improvement it could become an article, and if it doesn't get improved, we can always G13 it. — pythoncoder (talk | contribs) 19:25, 17 December 2018 (UTC)
