Delete Creating account has been permanently blocked as promotional/advertising account. This draft was part of that effort. The spammy bit was removed. The draft is wholly in appropriate for Wikipedia per WP:NOTADVICE. --Hammersoft (talk) 22:59, 4 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
