Eventually delete as a test page (CSD G2), but even though this is speedy-able, we don't need to delete it right away. This looks like a new user's sandbox-type edit that somehow wound up in draft-space instead. There must be a better way to deal with this type of edit than an MfD template and a weeklong discussion.
