An IP (99.203.31.123) asked me to MfD this draft. Fails WP:NMUSIC Legacypac (talk) 01:42, 21 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete: I, under a different IP in the same range, initially requested the MFD to WP:SALT the title as the mainspace article is also salted. It had been recreated by its original creator numerous times after its AfD, even under a different title. 99.203.31.123 (talk) 03:31, 21 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep The subject would not fail WP:NMUSIC. The subject maintains a considerable following that is larger than that of other musicians with their own articles. Take Notaker for example. Au5 has a larger following and more views and plays on Youtube as well as on Spotify. (Snowblind has 8 million plays on both platforms, respectively.) The subject has also released on several notable labels such as Monstercat and his associated acts include those such as Seven Lions. The article does not contain phrasing or grammar mistakes and is sufficiently succinct. By all accounts, this subject is notable enough to pass WP:NMUSIC and fully deserves an outright article. As the author, have you disclosed any WP:COI? Legacypac (talk) 05:38, 21 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.
Relisting comment: So far we have a comment from the IP nom and the possible-COI creator. Anyone else?
Please add new comments below this notice. Thanks, ♠PMC(talk) 01:52, 4 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete I also feel the page should be deleted because not notable and suspect undisclosed COI - I listed this at the IP's request because I believe IPs can't start MFDs due to not being aboe to start pages Legacypac (talk) 02:07, 4 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment - See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Au5. Robert McClenon (talk) 03:57, 4 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment - User:LivinAWestLife - I am willing to hold off my !vote if you will take the lead on the first step of getting this into article space, which is to request a deletion review at least to unsalt the title in mainspace. Waiting for a few days for a neutral editor to act as a proponent. Otherwise I will !vote for Delete. Robert McClenon (talk) 03:57, 4 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment I am disclosing that I do not have a conflict of interest with the subject matter, and I have not met the subject of the article personally nor do we have a relationship. All information in the article is factual. LivinAWestLife (talk) 04:34, 21 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete: promotionalism for a nn subject. K.e.coffman (talk) 20:25, 10 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete: Most of the article still remains unreferenced from the original article deleted via AfD. jd22292 (Jalen D. Folf) (talk • contribs) 07:21, 11 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
