The result of the discussion was: speedily deleted. It was discovered during the discussion that G12 applies; the deleting administrator logged it also as a G11 deletion. (non-admin closure) —Alalch E. 12:52, 24 August 2023 (UTC)
Promotional piece that I nominated for G11, but the nomination was declined by Liz who said that the language could be toned down by the creator. The article in its current state is a blatant advert and would need a fundamental rewrite, and I believe that the initial CSD nomination was correct. Since this is a potentially controversial deletion due to Liz's decline of the nomination, I have listed it here for outside input. The Night Watch (talk) 02:04, 24 August 2023 (UTC)
- Keep. Liz is right. This comment, "I don't understand why it is considered a promotion since is a public service that works with public medical services, with the institutions", makes me think that this editor isn't working to promote but instead trying to educate people about the organization, despite their limited English proficiency. Taking them to MfD over it can be quite WP:BITEy. Drafts are not checked for sanity. G13 can handle it. casualdejekyll 02:52, 24 August 2023 (UTC)
- Just letting you know that WP:NDRAFT is an essay and not policy or guideline, and the essay itself says that the general speedy deletion criteria still applies to drafts, and thus it does not matter if the article is checked for "sanity" as that is a criteria only applied to articles in the mainspace.
