  • Delete - The author has duplicated this draft in attempting to improve it. There are at least two problems. The first is that Wikipedia is not for scientific papers in the first place, so that this is unlikely to become an article. The second is that the author is making it worse. Shoot the beast. • Keep, leave for G13. MfD should take no action on draft nominations that should be left for the standard AfC processes, which result in G13 after appropriate waiting and auto nice messaging in logs. Accidental forking is fixed by redirection. Deliberate forking is a behavioural problem and MfD is not the forum for dealing with it, certainly not ahead of usertalk page warnings. Have any usertalk warnings been posted? The nomination is inept, lacking wikilinking to the other location. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 02:46, 15 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
