Draft:2020 Toronto International Film Festival

The placeholder draft that already exists for 2019 is fine, since we're literally only a few weeks away from the first film scheduling announcements that will get it graduated back into articlespace — but we do not need to create or maintain placeholder drafts about 2020, 2022 or 2023 up to four years in advance of actually having anything to say about them. Each year's TIFF only gets its permanent mainspace article created once we can start actually sourcing some of the specific titles that have been booked to be screened at it, which never happens before June of the same year — so it's going to be a lot longer than draftspace's "six months with no substantive new edits" cutoff before any of these can actually have any substance added to them at all. Creating new articles is not so difficult that there would be any pressing need for draftspace to boilerplate them between 12 and 48 months before they're actually needed.
