Benedikt XVI.[edit]

People looking for the article on Pope Benedict XVI probably won't type in "Benedikt XVI." Benedikt is a common alternate spelling of Benedict, but no one's going to type a period after the page title. cymru lass ^{(hit me up)}⁄_{(background check)} 01:58, 28 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy close - Wrong venue. I think you're looking for WP:RFD. Also, before you relist on RfD, keep in mind that Benedikt is the German spelling of his name. SnottyWong ^yak 01:59, 28 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Whoops, I used Twinkle for this. I clicked on RfD, but I guess it posted here. I know that Benedikt is a common spelling of his name. It's the period after "Benedikt XVI" that makes this an inappropriate page title.
