[edit]How do I block a specific person to write on my article?
Where is the dispute?
[edit]The problem has to do with defamatory remarks placed on my article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emmanuel_Serriere: "Personal Emmanuel is a very rude and manipulative person. He has a history of belittling those that worked for him. He also had a history of falsifying documents to get rid of employees that did not bow down to him. In addition, he has been known to submit fraudulant statements to keep former employees from collecting unemployment."
Who is involved?

- Doggybuster that person is the contributor with defamatory remarks
What is the dispute?
[edit]A former employee (I had over 150 employees the past ten years) keeps adding that statement to my article. I believe the proper area to dispute his unemployment case would be with the review Board of the California Labor Department. When I undo his post, [s]he brings it back. How do I block this person from editing my page?

[edit]- Note from non-involved editor: This was raised by this user on the Help Desk. The first incident occurred on August 31st by User:206.53.153.200 (talk, contribs) (see diff). The second incident occurred on October 31st by User:Doggybuster (talk, contribs) (see diff). I have placed a level 1 vandalism warning on Doggybuster's talk page, but also advised the OP that no further action was necessary at this point, as Doggybuster has made no further edits, and no other incidents of vandalism has occurred on the article. Incidently, I also mentioned to the OP that the Emmanuel Serriere article is not their article. -- PhantomSteve (Contact Me, My Contribs) 18:09, 3 November 2009 (UTC)
- Postscript Judging by the e-mail address given above, I would say that the editor User:Csibon is in fact Emmanuel Serriere (as the article mentions Family website that can be viewed at www.gwenemmanuel.us). I have added a COI tag to the article.
- Also, the article Emmanuel serriere was deleted in November 2008:
- 07:14, 12 November 2008 JPG-GR (talk | contribs) deleted "Emmanuel serriere" (A7 (bio): No indication that the article meets inclusion guidelines)
