Whether or not, the word Arborsculpture is linked to a method. After 15 years of actively promoting the word and the method together. Though selling books, public speaking and teaching people how to shape trees. We believe that it is reasonable to assume that for most people who know of this niche form of art, would link the name Arborsculpture, with the certain method of shaping.
Whether or not photos of other tree shaper's work, should be allowed to represent Arborsculpture. These trees would never have been achieve using the Arborsculpture method of extreme bending.We believe people are entitled to know what the results are of the Arborsculpture methods of shaping. We think only photos of trees shaped using the Arborsculpture methods should be allowed on the Arborsculpture page.
Whether or not the word Arborsculpture is independent of the originator, Richard Reames. Google Arborsculpture no clubs or associations, Arborsculpture comes from and points to Richard Reames. Blackash (talk) 09:27, 30 December 2008 (UTC)

Whether or not, the word Arborsculpture should be defined as the specific methods of one artist. It should not be so narrowly defined. The word Arborsculpture first appeared in the book How to Grow a Chair- The Art of Tree Trunk Topiary 1995 by Reames and Delbol. ISBN 0-9647280-0-1 (out of print) The word is introduced to mean the whole art form and specifically Axel Erlandson's trees. In it's current use as described on the Wiki page, in magazines and books, describes the all inclusive "medium of the living tree trunk"
Whether or not photos of other tree shaper's work, should be allowed to represent Arborsculpture. They should be included to show the wide range and history of an art form that has no other widely used name.

Try this... under Goggle's advanced search enter Arborsculpture where it says "But don't show pages that have" enter Reames. Google shows 13,000 hits with the word Reames subtracted.
