Request Information[edit]

Please provide diffs of alleged behaiviors.--Cerejota 16:26, 17 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Who are the involved parties?[edit]

User:Seventhofnine and User:Illuminato

What is the involved article(s)?[edit]

Adolescent sexual behavior

What's going on?[edit]

Statement by User:Seventhofnine: I feel that User:Illuminato is acting as though he owns the article. I haven't had the opportunity yet to read the result of a similar case concerning Adolescent sexuality in the United States, but I feel there is a similar problem here now as there was/is with that article. In that case, he encouraged users to WP:BB, but in this case, he reverts every edit. After a RfC, everyone besides Illuminato agreed the neutrality and accuracy were a problem. User:BorgHunter said "Anti-sex opinions are shown as facts, pro-sex opinions are shown as "1 says 2 about 3" " and User:Strangerer said "Entire article is cut and pasted highly disputed text from other related articles that are cherry picked to be totally against adolescent sexuality.". Almost all, if not all of the information is questionable, particularly in the "Effects" section.

Please, in order to be productive, lets stick only to content issues related Adolescent sexual behavior. What belongs in other discussions belongs in those other discussions. Analogies from other pages in similar topics I would think are OK in discussion, but please do not shorthand the issues in this informal mediation with those of other mediations that might, or might not, be related.--Cerejota 16:47, 17 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Statement by Illuminato:I haven't even ever discussed this with Seventhofnine before. I welcome anyone to edit or add information to the article, as long as they dont delete properly cited material simply because they dont agree with it. Any substantive contributions are more than welcome.

What would you like to change about that?[edit]

Statement by User:Seventhofnine: Based on the article as it is now, the only way I see it could be fixed is to allow people to edit the article without being constantly reverted. Another option which may be helpful, if not necessary is a complete rewrite.

Mediator response[edit]

  • Evaluating and requesting information.--Cerejota 16:26, 17 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Posted message in User_talk:Illuminato to make him aware that a mediation request has been made that names him as an involved party. I would have preferred if User:Seventhofnine would have done this first.--Cerejota 16:50, 17 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • No real response after almost two months. I have re-requested comment in talk page of article in question, and will await a few more days, but if I get not response I am closing this. Thanks!--Cerejota 02:26, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
