Request Information[edit]

Request made by: Herunar 00:55, 7 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Where is the issue taking place?
Article Manchukuo and its talk page Talk:Manchukuo
Who's involved?
User:Aranherunar(Me) and User:Manchurian Tiger, some other contributors that also had disputes with Manchurian Tiger on his edits.
What's going on?
NPOV - Manchurian Tiger is reverting my edits about Whether Manchukuo is a puppet state without stating any reason in edit summaries, nor did he pay respect to my (and other contributors') talk page discussions. His edits are terribly POV.
What would you like to change about that?
That Manchurian Tiger 1. Stops reverting edits without reason, 2. Discuss in talk pages and help achieve a NPOV point for the article.
Would you prefer we work discreetly? If so, how can we reach you?
No.

Mediator response[edit]

Hi, there. I think that this situation could be easily solved if a citation is provided for the information that details that the state is believed to be a puppet state. Would you be able to provide one? Cowman109Talk 01:06, 7 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have made a list here: Talk:Manchukuo#.22puppet_state.22 Herunar 01:33, 7 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, I see. I'll make a response there, then. Thanks. Cowman109Talk 01:37, 7 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Manchurian Tiger insists that "puppet state" is POV, even with the 8 links I gave him, and my completely NPOV sentence written with your suggestion. Herunar 13:17, 8 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The issue at hand has been resolved. I am closing this case, but I shall keep the page on my watchlist. Should further troubles arise, please leave me a message. Thanks. Cowman109Talk 04:00, 25 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
