Where is the issue taking place?
Abstract management
Who's involved?
Me and User:Geni
What's going on?
The article mentions commercial involvement in the process of abstract management and various companies have added their links. It's clearly not spam. This sort of thing can be helpful and should be encouraged (but watched carefully).
Geni seems to be on a crusade against any commercial links in wikipedia and deleted these links. I checked wikipedia guidelines on spam and reverted. Geni reverted back. Obviously time for a grown-up to take a look at things!
What would you like to change about that?
If you agree with my point of view I'd like you to revert the page and drop Geni a line telling him or her to chill.
If you'd prefer we work discreetly, how can we reach you?
email
Would you be willing to be a mediator yourself, and accept a mediation assignment in a different case?
Hmm... let's see how this one turns out...
This is, following the Categorical Imperative, the idea that you might want to do
what you expect others to do. You don't have to, of course, that's why it's a question.

Mediator response[edit]

Andy hasn't logged on since the 2nd day of mediation Special:Contributions/Andyjsmith. I'm closing this out as complainant doesn't appear to be part of the wikipedia community any longer. jbolden1517Talk 16:16, 27 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Evidence[edit]

Please report evidence in this section with {{Wikipedia:Mediation_Cabal/Evidence}} for misconduct and {{Wikipedia:Mediation_Cabal/Evidence3RR}} for 3RR violations. If you need help ask a mediator or an advocate. Evidence is of limited use in mediation as the mediator has no authority. Providing some evidence may, however, be useful in making both sides act more civil.
Wikipedia:Etiquette: Although it's understandably difficult in a heated argument, if the other party is not as civil as you'd like them to be, make sure to be more civil than him or her, not less.

Compromise offers[edit]

This section is for listing and discussing compromise offers.
