The result of the discussion was: delete. Fails several WP:NFCC points as presented by the nominator. Four fair use images in this article is excessive. Arguments to keep use unsupported opinions such as "Several actors have played Davros, each with their own distinctive interpretation." Says who? There was no commentary in the article about the extensive use of prosthetics, animatronics and other techniques in relation to the image except ". . .a small Dalek force aided by human mercenaries and Dalek duplicates liberates Davros (now played by Terry Molloy, with a new mask designed by Stan Mitchell). . .," which is understandable without the image. -Nv8200p talk 04:58, 12 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep all the above nominations by Damiens.rf per seeming violation of WP:POINT and the disproportionate effect this matter, which had not been raised on any talk page, will have on the Australian Politics wikiproject. It has previously been carefully determined that such images are able to be used under the English Wikipedia's fair use policies, especially those of historic political figures who do not now in any meaningful way resemble their appearance at the time they were notable. Specifically for Steele Hall and Malcolm Fraser: :: they are now very old men, and current photos are not useful (even nonsensical) to the political portrayal in the articles concerned.   • Appears to be fake - claims to be the cover art for Chamillionaire's "Won't Let You Down" single, but there is no evidence I can find anywhere that that song has actually been released as a single; there is no sign of this cover art that I can find Googling (and the source in the fair use rationale is uselessly vague); and it's.. well.. fake looking.
