Could he mean my talk page? Apparently I got the replacement image wrong - it should be Image:Flag of Serbia.svg instead. Apart from slight color variations, the two look identical to me. Delete Umm, actually, a cropped photo from a magazine cover is automatically NOT fair use. See WP:FAIR#counterexamples #5. UE: 1) A green version of the flag of Turkey does not exist. 2) This image does not represent the historical green flag (similar, but not identical in design to the flag of Turkey) its name and description suggest.
