@Tumbuka Arch I will try! You have the copyright for the photo. But whoever made the statue have the copyright for the statue. So your photo is a derivative work of the statue. This link: c:COM:DW explain more about derivative works.

In some countries you can take photos of buildings and statues because the way say there is freedom of panorama. This link: c:COM:FOP explain more about freedom of panorama.
