This is a non-free image for which it is claimed that it cannot be replaced as no free image exists, but we have the free image file:Mater_(9284955990).jpg Meters (talk) 06:52, 20 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

To head off any mention of WP:FREER - it doesn't apply here. We're not comparing two equally-derivative photos of a nonfree work, one nonfree and one free; we're comparing a nonfree 3D rendering and a free photo of a nonfree sculpture of the nonfree render. Keep There are three "free" images already in use in the article that have been in the article for years. but never in the infobox to represent the character. There have been two "free" images that have recently been used in the infobox. All five of these images are people cosplaying their cars as an animated character. Seems to be this monument in B&H, which has no freedom of panorama. Considering this is a monument for the Yugoslav war, which only started in 1991, it is doubtful that this monument is public domain. — MATRIX! Delete - the freedom of panorama noted above does not extend to commercial use. You need to continue reading to paraagraph (2) which outlines prohibitions: "The works referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article shall not be reproduced in three-dimensional form, used for the same purpose as the original work or used for gaining economic advantage." -- Whpq (talk) 22:22, 31 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
