While I accept that there an image of this particular snowspout could not be replaced, an image of a snowspout is, in principle, replaceable. While these events are rare, they aren't unheard of. The use of this non-free image is thus not justified. Josh Milburn (talk) 09:05, 10 June 2022 (UTC)

• Delete - The provided source for the image is NOAA which gives rise to the possibility that the image might be PD. The site would not respond when I tried it, but this archive indicates the photo is from Environment Canada, and does not allow commercial use. As noted by the nominator, a free image could be created. -- Whpq (talk) 12:57, 10 June 2022 (UTC)

Invalid fair use claim. The building still exists. Anyone can take photos of it and upload locally on English Wikipedia, as long as our copyright law does not grant commercial exploitations of copyrighted public works and arts like architectural works permanently installed or fixed in public spaces, without architects', sculptors', or muralists' licensing permissions. Delete this fair use file as WP:CSD#F7. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 10:57, 10 June 2022 (UTC)

• Delete - As noted by the nomiantor, this fails WP:NFCC#1. The stated purpose is "primary means of visual identification", but that is being done with File:Sta. Lucia Mall Logo.jpg so it also fails WP:NFCC#3a. -- Whpq (talk) 14:13, 10 June 2022 (UTC)

This logo is claimed to be used for " primary means of visual identification" for Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall, but this is the logo for the 4th phase of the mall, and not the logo of the mall itself which is File:Sta. Lucia Mall Logo.jpg. Fails WP:NFCC#3a and WP:NFCC#8.
