Unsure if this is {{PD-Indonesia}} as this might not be an actual government work but this is definitely not under a cc license. These kind of logos are usually made by an individual and not by the government themselves, unless there is a clause stating that such work will be released as PD, the original creator holds the copyright of the logos. --Minorax^«¦talk¦» 01:18, 12 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Delete: the stamp is clearly mentioned the prose as existing but without any critical commentary about the stamp itself, so clearly fail WP:NFCC8 and WP:NFCI #3. This image is stated to be public domain as the work of a state government in the US, however there is no blanket provision of PD at the state level, only at the federal level in the United States. Commons:Copyright rules by territory/United States does not show any free licensing for Delaware. The source site makes no statement of copyright, but also no statement of PD.
