Appears to be a screen grab. Copyright issues aside, the image is of poor quality and not used anywhere. Ixfd64 (talk) 06:09, 18 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete. File was uploaded back in 2007, and the uploader stopped editing in 2012; so, it's unlikely they are going to show and clarify where the image came from. It's possible that the two people referred to in the file's description are this Adam Lazzara and this Matt Rubano and the photo is related to this on-stage accident, but I can't see any way of incorporating that into either the Lazarra article or the band's article that would meet WP:NFCC#8, unless someone feels a stand-alone article could be created about this. It looks like the screenshot came from YouTube since some YT videos come up when you Google this. -- Marchjuly (talk) 07:01, 18 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Looks like a temporary sign, so freedom of panorama likely doesn't apply. Image is not used anywhere. Ixfd64 (talk) 06:14, 18 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete: FOP can't really be assessed without knowing where "Gautam.P.R." is. Some countries like the US don't allow FOP for signs (temporary or otherwise), but others might. So, without knowing more, this probably needs to be treated as WP:Derivative work per c:COM:CB#Noticeboards and signs unless the sign can be clearly shown to be PD or otherwise released under an acceptable free license. FWIW, the file was uploaded in 2007 and the uploader stopped editing in 2012. They also uploaded a number of other files for some school (or schools) called Little Flower Public School and the school seems to be in India. None of the files are currently being used, but my guess is that they were being used in Little Flower Public School until it was deleted per Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Little Flower Public School. Assuming this is for an Indian school, there's no FOP in India for 2D works of art (which most likely would include a sign such as this) per c:COM:FOP India; so, I can't see any way this file can possibly be kept, even as non-free, with an article to use it in. -- Marchjuly (talk) 07:25, 18 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
