File:FNM Epic Sample.ogg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Mr Bungle (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

Currently used in Epic (Faith No More song), Faith No More, and The Real Thing (Faith No More album). Usages of the sample in the album article and in the band article don't improve understanding of what the album is about and what the band is about. The usages may fail WP:NFCC#8 ("contextual significance"). Initially unsure whether usage in the song article improves understanding of the song. However, from what I've seen, the critical commentary to date doesn't support the content of the sample, even when the sample merely identifies the recording. Thus, the usage may also fail the criterion. George Ho (talk) 08:08, 26 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

File:Sheikh Ali Jimale.jpeg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Somalization (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

No evidence of {{PD-author}}. Potentially {{PD-Somalia}}, but copyright status outside Somalia depends on the citizenship of the photographer, the country of residence of the photographer and the country of first publication. Stefan2 (talk) 18:15, 26 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The link to the permission statement appears to go to a message on the uploader's personal Gmail account. The URL can't be accessed without knowing the uploader's Gmail username and password and so the permission can't be verified. Stefan2 (talk) 18:26, 26 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

File:The Bear Quartet as pictured by Kevin Conrad.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Cliferton (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

Not really a "unique historic image", just a band's promo photo. Although the group broke up in 2010 and it may be difficult to find a usable freely-licenced photo of them (although there are a few blurry ones on Flickr), all the band members are still alive and two have photos on Commons, so it's possible for a gallery of five faces to serve the same purpose here without having to claim fair use on this image. • Keep: Since @Ww2censor: has changed the template to the appropriate tag, there is no reason that the file needs to be deleted anymore. The file unambiguously falls under fair use and fits Wikipedia's guidlines. Cliferton (talk)

File:Olsztyn poland europe.JPG (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Geniu~enwiki (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

It says that this was Taken from Estonian Wikipedia. At the time, the Estonian article about Olsztyn contained the image et:Fail:Olsztyn poland europe.JPG. Is that the file which was uploaded to English Wikipedia? et:Fail:Olsztyn poland europe.JPG was deleted in 2010 by User:RobertRSMN, although it doesn't say why.
