The file shows different current uniforms of the Delaware State Police, in which as a currently used uniform, there is a high possibility to obtain free equivalent files (by photographing troopers). Unused file that can not be moved to Commons due to copyright issues. The source states "These pictures are licensed under the CC-BY-SA license unless otherwise stated ", but that release is invalid because it does not specify which CC-BY-SA license version applies.
