There's no freedom of panorama for statues in the United States. — Diannaa (talk) 15:23, 20 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete - the statue is clearly a significant aspect of the photo and there is no freedom of panorama for statues in the USA. -- Whpq (talk) 17:57, 20 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

This music video screen shot is being used in the video section in an article about a song. The stated purpose is unspecific on use stating "The photo thumbnail will be placed in the music video section in the article Zimzalabim". The screenshot is not the subject any commentary nor is it in any way illustrative of the elements of the video which are described in the article. Fails WP:NFCC#8. Not a valid claim of ineligibility in the U.S.; seems clearly to meet the measure of originality Orange Mike | [ [User talk:Orangemike|Talk]] 20:03, 20 June 2020 (UTC)

I am the uploader of this file, and I am pleased it is being discussed, what ever the result. The reason I uploaded it was for it to be used in the Maisie Williams article (which I helped upgrade to Good Article Status), Game of Thrones actress and internet entrepreneur, to go in the Daisie section here. However as I have little knowledge of whether it would be a breach of copy right or wikipedia rules I have been unsure if the image is allowable. I asked on Wikimedia first and got a bit of advice, but not definite. So I have asked twice on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions ...which you just replied to. :)
Thanks for your reply there. ~ BOD ~ TALK 20:28, 20 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Low quality and unencyclopedic. Image is very low quality, containing a watermark that is not related to the show or TV airings. The reason for keeping the file is listed as "the scene has become an internet meme". However, nothing on the article Sleeping with the Enemy (The Simpsons) mentions the meme. The scene in question is not mentioned in the plot section. I'd suggest to delete the picture. Scrooge200 (talk) 22:12, 20 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
