There's no freedom of panorama in Ukraine. Unless 70 years have elapsed since the death of the person who created this statue, this photo cannot be considered in the public domain. Logan Talk Contributions 04:11, 16 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

File:2013 Little India Riots, Singapore.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Ceecookie (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

The file is a fair use file showing the 2013 Little India riot. However, there is also a free Commons image c:File:Mercedes-Benz ambulance damaged during the 2013 Little India riots, Singapore - 20131209.jpg. As a result, the file should be deleted per WP:NFCC#8. 廣九直通車 (talk) 05:32, 16 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete - Image is replaceable with the free image from Commons as noted in the nomination. Fails WP:NFCC#1. -- Whpq (talk) 20:16, 17 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

File:Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper - Shallow.png (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by AgWoolridge (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

The artwork was uploaded on October 22, 2018, taken from the fan-editable website dutchcharts. I will assume good faith that the uploader was unaware, but it was actually created by the twitter account artfloozyedits. The account has repeatedly confirmed this through tweets: [1], [2]. And their watermark can clearly be seen on the piano in the cover: [3]. Fans have been so desperate to have a cover for this song, that they have used a February 2019 RIAA upload to justify the cover which was uploaded way earlier, though the fan's watermark can clearly be seen there too. This needs to be speedily deleted since it is copyright infringement. NØ 07:32, 16 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Delete – if it is proven that it is fanmade, then we should remove it. Nahnah4 (talk | contribs) 16:13, 20 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
