Claimed to be used to identify KDKA-TV, the image is not in an infobox or at the top of the article. Furthermore, identification is already provided by File:KDKA Logo 2013.png. This non-free logo is being used for identification WATM-TV along with some other logos. I cannot find any use of the logo at the current site. All Of these Files that Whpq has put up on this discussion qualifies as fair use because they are only being used to show what the news open for each station is which is a subject of public interest so they should remain. Other Wikipedia Users have been doing this for years throughout the country with other TV station pages from WikiProject Television stations task force. This should be a non issue. If I need to add or make changes to verify this to keep the pictures on the station pages to clarify this. I will make those changes. Bbabybear02 (talk) 14:59, 15 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

With respect to the TV stations task force, please read Wikipedia:WikiProject Television/Television stations task force#Use of images in articles carefully. It even states there "All non-free images should be the subject of critical commentary" which is another way of saying that the image use must meet WP:NFCC#8. -- Whpq (talk) 15:05, 15 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

What specifically is the significant sourced commentary about this image in the WTOV-TV?
