I don't think "revisited" is the appropriate way to characterize the situation; the file never made it thorough OTRS successfully, meaning it lacks evidence of permission (see WP:CSD#F11) and should therefore be deleted as such. -FASTILY 00:56, 22 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Fastily: It is very difficult to comment intelligently without access to the relevant data in OTRS. But I'll note that the theatre company that owns the copyright for these images (there are a whole bunch of them in a gallery in the article) have previously given wide and explicit permission for use of their promotional photography on Wikipedia and under GFDL, and in an apparent informed fashion. That is not alone sufficient to meet all the formalities here, of course, but it is a rather strong indication that the copyright owner is willing to compatibly license the work, and that it is possible to get this confirmation from them. Not responding to email over the past 5 months is not in itself a strong indication of anything much.
Ping Gregorthebug who is the main contributor to Bryan Reynolds and who has previously communicated with Oscar Seip (the producer at Transversal). Are you still in contact with Transversal?
PS. Gregor or anyone else communicating with them: if they truly want to make these kinds of images available for us, the method that is both best and easiest for all involved is for them to put up a page on their website that explicitly licenses certain kinds of images under a specific license. I might suggest something like All performance photography on this website is available for reuse under the terms of the Creative Commons CC BY-SA 3.0 license. [any exceptions or limitations]. Anywhere on the website would do, but preferably somewhere you can find it by following links from the homepage (like in the fine print at the bottom of the front page, or from the contact page, or similar). Such a page would cover all such photos that are on the website concurrently with that page existing, and can be verified by a Commons admin at the time, or through the WayBack Machine / Internet Archive, also after the fact. If the statement is clear about what is covered, this will obviate the need for lots of individual permissions by email to OTRS. --Xover (talk) 08:58, 18 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I just looked at the OTRS ticket again and see no updates. Noting for the record that the last email (sent by OTRS) is dated Feb 18, 2020. If permission hasn't been confirmed for this long, you can't blame me for being skeptical it'll occur within the next week. IMO this file should be deleted as missing evidence of permission, with no prejudice to restoration if permission is received. -FASTILY 00:56, 22 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Delete per MOS:TVIMAGE, which states "...a screenshot of a significant moment or element from the episode. The latter may only be used if it meets the Non-free content criteria, i.e., (typically) if it is required to illustrate the object of explicit, sourced analytical commentary, and where that commentary is in need of a visual support to be understood." There are only five sources cited in the article, none of the information presented in the cited sentences have anything to do with this image, therefore the image fails the manual of style which I find to be a reasonable interpretation of WP:NFCCP. ★ Bigr Tex 01:41, 1 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
