The file is the former patch of Hong Kong Police's VIP Protection Unit. However, the article already has File:Post-RHKP VIP Protection Unit Patch.jpg for description, and the nominated file does not present contextual significance to the article, and the use of current patch is already enough for the article. The file shows the cast of Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army. However, pure text is sufficient to describe the main characters, and lacks contextual significance. Moreover, some of these characters are also depicted in another fair use file File:SMTRaidou.jpg. The file shows the English logo of Jiangte Joylong Automobile. However, as the article already has File:Joylong Chinese Logo.jpg to show the company's logo, the nominated file would be a duplicate in terms of its function.
