File:Picture of Frances Gertrude McGill.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Tenbergen (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

This photograph was taken in Canada between 1953 and 1956 by a private (non-governmental) source. Library and Archives Canada claims it to be public domain in Canada. From what I can tell, since it is not a government work, it is still copyrighted in the United States. See {{PD-Canada}}. Wikiacc () 03:26, 24 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: Not free in US, but it is eligible for fair use, so I've converted the file to non-free. -FASTILY 01:33, 1 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

File:Sinclair, George Evelyn 1931 Cricket first team.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Racingmanager (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

This photo was taken in the UK in 1931, seemingly without an identifiable author. It appears to be public domain in the United Kingdom, but not in the United States. See {{PD-UK}}. Wikiacc () 03:29, 24 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It is from the Abingdon School archives from 1931 as stated. The author is unknown because it would have been an employee of the School in 1931 that took it but it was on School property and for the School, so the person that took the photo would not have copyright anyway, hence why there is no name of an author and it is OK to use. Many thanks Racingmanager (talk) 13:31, 24 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

File:Donitz-trial.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Grandia01 (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

This photo was taken at the Nuremberg trials and donated to the collections of the Library of Congress in 1984 by the family of the chief prosecutor. I can't tell whether it is actually a US federal government work, as tagged. Image is unused. Wikiacc () 04:40, 24 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

File:Gwladys Streets Hall of Fame.png (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by TheBigJagielka (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

This file has been nominated for speedy deletion several times. It has no source (never had it seems) and a quick image search yielded nothing. The Gwladys Street's Hall of Fame doesn't seem to have a website. Also I don't know what it even is, but that's another problem. If we can't verify whether this is genuine, we should delete it. — Alexis Jazz (talk or ping me) 17:55, 24 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
