This file comes from a National Science Foundation website, but it appears to have been used with permission, not created by a NSF employee. At the source page, it's suggested that images not specifically credited to the NSF are for non-commercial use only. Wikiacc (¶) 02:42, 19 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

~~Delete~~ This appears to be the author, a then graduate student at University of Washington, now researcher in Iceland. While the project she was on was funded in part by a US government agency, she was not a US government employee, so the license does not apply. That was what was suggested to me, which is why I did it. I don't understand any of this, which is why I only ever upload my own photos. Just delete the pair of them immediately and I'll tell the artist to tell her she'll have to upload it herself. Although how you will be able to prove it's her uploading it is anyone's guess.
