• Delete - the soiurce site does not credit the US Navy with this image. The site states the image was xontributed by Marc Piche and a quick google shows a Canadian photographer by that name. -- Whpq (talk) 16:52, 19 December 2019 (UTC)

This photo is not "own work" by Amanda Paul, it is professional shot by the film's official still photographer Pui Shan Chan. The same is probably true of another photo uploaded by Amanda Paul, which has identical camera characteristics, "Robert Cavanah in Golliwog Make-up - Colour Blind 2009.jpg". The screenshot is used in the Production section of Shanghai Express (film). The fair use rationale for this article states its purpose is "to illustrate the article on the movie in question". There is already a film poster in the infobox to illustrate the article, thereby failing WP:NFCC#3a. There is no critical commentary of the image itself in the article, it does nothing to increase the reader's understanding of the film and its exclusion is not detrimental to the understanding of the film, thereby failing WP:NFCC#8.
