WP:NFCC violation. At least one free alternative image of Ana Mendieta exists, namely File:Gerardo Mosquera and Ana Mendieta in Havana in 1981.jpg. If a crop of that free image would be considered too grainy to serve the purpose of identifying Mendieta, then there are better non-free images of her than this one.

This one is not naturalistic, it is an artwork of hers (one that is not the subject of critical commentary in her biography), and her art was intended to shock. Readers expect a biography's lead image to be an accurate portrayal that doesn't show the subject in a false light.
