File:Rev. Prof. Daddy Hezekiah.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Drbrenda (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

This file has been upload by a user who has made four separate attempts to create an article about this pastor on Wikipedia, using four different variants of his titles. Each and every effort was highly promotional and poorly sourced and each has been deleted. Given the uploader's pattern of behaviour on Wikipedia, I am quite certain that, if accepted to Commons, this file will only be used in a fifth attempt to get an article on the pastor accepted. I've notified the user as required. KJP1 (talk) 07:40, 16 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

File:YukonQuestMap.jpeg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Greg0658 (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

Listed as own work by the uploader ({{PD-self}}) but also sourced to a website. There is no evidence that the website belongs to the uploader. Stefan2 (talk) 11:45, 16 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The mix of multiple images was mine, hence own work statement. The jux-image of the main GPS platform has an insert zoom-in to show first-in 5 musher teams, to show the capabilities of the tech involved all in 1 photo - I added key icons to help explain shot.

I listed the credits for the base image captured - ie: the race organizer & the GPS platform producer. IMO the code is correct to pass the presentation to the wiki page & 'Rights' to producers.

I will make 1 more addition - an explanation of the "Replay" DVR area. I went to this effort out of admiration not profit. Greg0658 (talk) 14:41, 16 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

License reasoning given by uploader does not accord with the copyright restriction in the EXIF data. ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 15:57, 16 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete, orphaned with questionable licensing. Salavat (talk) 07:10, 17 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete, per above. Also, while DocSavageNJ quotes from the website, the full quote from the section he's referencing is:

So it definitely doesn't supersede the copyright of the photo. — Zzyzx Wolfe (TALKCONT) 16:21, 22 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Not a free image as it contains non-free logo, (not simple enough for ToO or {{PD-ineligible-USonly}}), i.e. self-made photo doesn't mean the subject of image is free. Hard to find a non-free rationale for use in Baseball NT, even for historical purposes. Flickerd (talk) 16:20, 16 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
