No LostCause231, there's a subtle difference. Your rationale is "we don't have a free photo", but for something to pass NFCC it needs to be "we cannot have a free photo". The latter was true while the trains were just designs, but now they exist it's the former, and so not a valid reason for an unfree file. -mattbuck (Talk) 06:47, 28 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
