The uploader is the photographer, but they note this was a work done for the opera, presumably for pay. As such, I think we need permission from the opera, who is the likely copyright holder. They note they have such permission, but this needs to be verified via OTRS. ~ Rob₁₃^Talk 13:20, 27 September 2017 (UTC)

• Keep and move to Commons. OTRS was not possible at the time of upload (it was created in 2006, a year after this file was uploaded), and the assertion of permission was satisfactory. Commons:Commons:Grandfathered old files specifically permits files to be hosted there if they complied with the permissions requirements in force when they were uploaded. If you have evidence that this was not in compliance with the standards of the time (in particular, a blatant infringement), let's hear it of course, but if the only problem is the phrase Photographer Yuan Shuo (me), for the Jiangsu Province Kun Opera, by permission of both parties GFDL, there's no reason to delete.   • @Nyttend: If we moved it to Commons, it would be a 2017 upload on Commons. They would not take it. We do not have any such policy here (nor should we, in my opinion). ~ Rob₁₃^Talk 21:55, 28 September 2017 (UTC)
