It appears a higher quality derivative works is on the school's website http://www.osobs.com/sites/default/files/images/mansion-heads[1].jpg, the original has more than likely since been deleted. The result of the discussion was: Delete because of licensing issues; if the license of the image can be cleared up, a crop to focus solely on the sub may be warranted Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk, contributions) 16:27, 2 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Unencyclopedic, orphaned image. Interestingly enough, the uploader claims it is their own work however references someone else as the author of the image. Jon Kolbert (talk) 02:30, 24 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The background item appears to be an Australian Submarine, Could the image be cropped to just show that? In which case I would say Keep as photo of the ship/memorial, subject to the authorship being confirmed.

Sfan00 IMG (talk) 21:32, 27 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I agree; aside from licensing issues, I have no reason to object to this as a picture of a submarine; it just has the distracting individual to the side, and he can be removed. Nyttend (talk) 20:44, 28 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: Tag as di-no permission, with a recommendation that this be converted to non-free in case permission is not forthcoming rather than deletion, unless a free image can be found Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk, contributions) 16:41, 2 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

File:Jean Keane.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Wrad (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

I removed a speedy tag on this because there is some indication on the description page that the uploader had some kind of permission. Unfortunately it does not appear to have been properly documented here. A discussion seems in order.

I should add that Ms. Keene died in 2009, so obtaining a new, free image is not an option. The website they say they got it from says its content is free, but it has a copyright notice at the bottom as well, so there's that to add to the confusion. I also can't seem to locate the source file there. As it was uploaded almost ten years ago who knows what changes may have occurred in all that time. Beeblebrox (talk) 04:39, 24 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Movie this image was taken from was released in 1962, so it's not nearly old enough to be in the public domain on that basis, and the image isn't even used in the article about the movie. It is rather used in the article about the actor. Jon Kolbert (talk) 07:38, 24 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I think it's too complex to be PD-shape / PD-text. We could convert it to fair use and keep it for use in Sustainable Development Goals. It would have to be removed from Women's health in my opinion. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 21:59, 16 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
