Not an official White House photo - doing a simple Google search for S. Dallas Dance images bring up the original version of this photo that came from a leadership conference. The White House borrowed and then cropped the image. It is not an original WH photo, therefore, the copyright does not belong to the U.S. Government and is ineligible to be classified in that manner for free use in Wikipedia. -- WV ● ✉ ✓ 16:35, 21 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
