The result of the discussion was: delete. The concern with this image was the 'o', which is made up of two crescent shapes. These are still simple shapes; the image still does not meet the threshold of originality. — ξxplicit 04:48, 9 October 2015 (UTC)

- Keep. The claim on Commons is that the logo is not original enough to be copyrighted. I think that claim could be challenged. Fails WP:NFCC#1 and possibly #8. This is a living person who is still active in his field and taking a freely licensed photo of him with his team should be possible. Further, we already have a freely licensed photo of him, and seeing him in uniform with his team doesn't significantly add to the reader's understanding of the article, when the fact that he plays for the team is clearly conveyable by text alone.
