Out of date non-free map (does not show King George V - Woolwich Arsenal DLR extension completed in 2009), can be easily replaced by a free source such as OpenStreetMap with a compatible licence. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 11:21, 13 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

File:Enrique Jennifer Tour Poster.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Status (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

Promotional poster used near the bottom of Dance Again World Tour in a purely decorative fashion. The use is not transformative in any way nor is it necessary to the reader's understanding of the topic. This image was previously nominated at WP:NFCR, however I am bringing it here as appropriate notice was not given of the NFCR discussion. B (talk) 11:58, 13 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep. There were two posters used for the tour. One in which features another artist as a co-headliner. — Status (talk · contribs) 12:03, 18 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
    • @Status:, How does the poster of the tour substantially increase the reader's understanding of the topic? Please see WP:NFCC#8. --B (talk) 14:48, 25 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Screen capture, owned by copyright holder. Obvious from artifacts. She is living, can't be used for Fair Use either. Dennis Brown - 16:39, 13 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

    • Note, there is another of her that I put up for deletion a couple of days ago. Editor claims he took the picture. Anyone familiar with photography, screen caps, etc (ie: me) can easily see it is not a photograph. Even the aspect ratio is out of whack, so the source is utter falsehood. Derivative work of a mural and thus treated as "non-free" under our rules. The only uses are decorative and use of this image fails WP:NFCC#8. B (talk) 18:35, 13 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Under which rule is this non-free? It is a picture of a building in a public location that happens to have a paint job on it. Is there any evidence that the image is in fact copyrighted or in other ways non-free? Who holds the copyright? Dabbler (talk) 19:31, 13 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Well, all creative works are copyrighted and a photo of a copyrighted work is a derivative work and requires the copyright holder's permission. freedom of panorama in Canada is a lot better than it is most places, but only for 3D works (e.g. sculptures). A photo of a 2D mural or work of art not acceptable. See Commons:Commons:Freedom_of_panorama#Canada. --B (talk) 21:15, 13 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This image really does not do much for the article, in terms of understanding the context of the episode or even what is happening in the image. It is just a random screen shot from the episode, used to decorate the infobox. Gaff (talk) 22:55, 13 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
