  • Delete - orphaned and doesn't seem to have clear purpose. Mz7 (talk) 00:22, 9 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete because it only shows some police officers standing at the roadside, presumably waiting for a convoy of nukilar weppons to pass through. This is about as useful as showing the backstage people during a concert when the interesting image would be a band playing on-stage. An appropriate image in this instance would have been of the vehicles in the convoy, with some clear indication that they had nukes on-board and maybe protestors haranguing them. File:Huckleberry Hound.png (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by LogoSubcheck (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

It's a non-free file and it's not needed. We already have File:Huckleberry Hound Title Card.jpg to fulfill this function in the Huckleberry Hound article. This image is way too large and high-res for our purposes, and so could easily be used commercially, which violates NFCC #2 as well as the low-res provision of NFCC #3, and there's no countervailing reason as to why we need such a high-quality image. File:Titanic 3D poster.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Wikid77 (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

This file is currently being used on Titanic (1997 film), but there is another film poster in the article infobox (File:Titanic poster.jpg). The file fails NFC criterion 8, because it is located in a subsection which discusses a 3D conversion of the film but omitting this poster would not be detrimental to a readers' understanding of the article topic. It was nominated for speedy deletion but this was contested. Green Giant supports NonFreeWiki (talk) 20:51, 3 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Unencyclopedic personal photo. Unsuitable for Commons because it would fail COM:EDUSE. Green Giant supports NonFreeWiki (talk) 21:16, 3 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

File:QueenAnnesWarBefore.svg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Magicpiano (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

As a historian i was chocked to see this map ! That contains no historical accuracy at all! I do not understand how this map was able to pass wikipedia's checking points, it's outrageous, i don't know where to start, maybe the fact the the map is missing about 180 French forts or that the blue areas are completely arbitrary, why are some empty areas in blue and some French forts not in blue ? Why it this little tip of Michigan in blue but not the rest of the now day's state ? Is there any reasons or is it just because the author is just doing whatever he wants ? Why is New Spain colored all the way to it's 1800's boundaries but no forts are shown ? I invite you to check out this map (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/f/f1/NouvelleFrance-Vraie-Version.png/1280px-NouvelleFrance-Vraie-Version.png) which is not the the best map but is FARE better that QueenAnnesWarBefore.svg and a lot more complete and has about 70 verifiable sources not just 3 unverifiable "books". I don't know if we should replace it with this one or just delete the file but we have to do something to correct this. Sincerely HyperSite (talk) 22:52, 3 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
