This unused image is claimed to be from a television news show run by a private TV company. Exif data notwithstanding, I'm not convinced that the uploader holds the rights to this image. It is unsuitable for Commons for these reasons. Green Giant (talk) 22:26, 13 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It doesn't look like a still from the show, it looks like a photo taken on the set by someone else. It's also the only photo we have of Faisal Qureshi, so I've added it to his infobox for now. Certainly it should be used if we can use it. Worth asking the uploader and trying to track down provenance; given the exif data I would guess it actually is suitable for commons; and is at least fair use in this context. Friviolous image with only humour value, used only on a user page. It is free media, so could conceivably be put on the Commons, but it definitely doesn't belong on Wikipedia. I'm not sure it's actually free, too. AJF (talk) 23:48, 13 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
