This is clearly {{PD-textlogo}}, and I've already uploaded a logo to Commons under the same name for convenience (commons:File:K7recordslogo.png). However, it is a different logo, so CSD F8 does not apply. (Perhaps I should have uploaded this exact one to Commons under this name, and the new one under a different name?) I am of the view that this is the work of a professional music photographer (I've read the OTRS chain) who is known for licensing his images for commercial use. Seems to be an NFCC#2 failure. The original author of the work e-mailed OTRS in this thread to ask that the image be taken down. I tried to let him know that it fell under fair use, but he still asked that it be taken down, so I am opening a discussion so that the community will be able to know their position and discuss it further, since I am not sure if the CSD guidelines would be best for this kind of situation. Keep - I disagree that this fails NFCC#8. As the building is still under construction, there is no free image available as to what the House of Worship will look like, and as only one of 8 Baha'i House of Worships in the world it does significantly increase readers' understanding of the subject of the article topic.
