Keep – No it does not violate 3a. The cover is being discussed in the article section for artwork and passes both the usage of NFCC#8 and this is the exact case where it passes 3a where in it is significantly different from the original artwork since the first artwork does not explain the rationale and the importance of the second. Delete The sources say the image is not significantly different and just by looking at them readers can tell they are not significantly different. The discussion of the artwork says the deluxe edition is similar to the original edition but with a close up of the face instead of the body from the knees up. The deluxe edition cover does not increase the readers' understanding of the album and its deletion would not be detrimental to that understanding.
