Keep - Screencaps of television episodes are ipso facto relevant to articles about the episodes. One gains a better understanding of the episode simply by looking at the image. Keep This image is cropped from File:Dethier, Edouard and Gaston.jpg which gives a source. It also clarifies that said image in the public domain. So this should be kept, but marked as ready to transfer to Wikimedia Commons. Beerest355 Talk 20:03, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Comment - I have fixed the licensing and tagged the image as being a candidate for Commons. If this file ends up on Commons, then I suggest it be deleted if/when it meets WP:CSD#F8. If for some reason this file is not eligible for Commons but is fine here (which does happen on occasion) I suggest that this file be kept locally.--Rockfang (talk) 08:44, 9 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This image of an unreleased program does not conform to WP:NFCC #1, #3 and #8 as its role can easily be replaced with words alone and File:Windows 8 Start Screen.png or File:Start screen on Windows Server 2012.png. Since in two out of three articles, it appears right after Windows 8 Start Screen.png, it does not have contextual significance either. What unreleased program ? The screenshot itself provides visual information regarding the new features and the layout of Start screen that was revealed in Windows 8.1(Preview). No doubt it may be deleted after the release of RTM, but till now only the preview of 8.1 was released, I seem to remember in earlier there was a screenshot of the Start screen of Windows Developer Preview, Consumer Preview, Release Preview in the infobox of Windows 8 article, in respect to this situation, why those screenshots remained there till the new consecutive preview releases ? Why they haven't be deleted at first ? Again why the file still exist, File:Firefox 22 on Windows 8.1.png ? Here the Firefox is running in Windows 8.1 Preview, not 8.1, isn't this violate the laws as you said ? If yes, then why my file added for deletion ? There may be various files like this , hence, ~~i think currently my mind has been fucked up regarding this kinds of shits.~~Himanis Das talk
