Delete While the logo clearly is below Commons:COM:TOO#Denmark, there is no evidence of permission from the person who made the vectorisation. Replaceable by a different vectorisation, so violates WP:NFCC#1. --Stefan2 (talk) 15:28, 25 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Comment If that's the case than the file used on Miss Jackson needs to be deleted too, because ya know, it's also user created and must be ridded of forever just like those nominated. And there is no official song covers for some of the songs, so yeah... Eric - Contact me please. - Comment that is on Commons, and commons hosts much original research. This is Wikipedia, which should not contain original research. Is it your contention that the image used at Miss Jackson is not an image used by the song, but the image is a creation out of whole cloth by a Wikimedia user? If a song does not have a cover image, then it should not have a "cover image" created by someone other than the song people (ie. producer, publisher, songwriter, singer, etc). If you can show that such a non-song-peoople image is commonly associated with the song with proper references, then we can use it, provided the text of the article explains such. Nominating this file again, it was deleted after Wikipedia:Files for deletion/2013 July 31#File:Leslie_A_Bellrichard.jpg and I still contend that this breaches WP:NFCC #1 : As a member of the US armed forces a free image will exist of this person, the US military will have one all that is needed is for an editor to go through the correct procedures and get it from the record. Keep. It seems probable that a free image exists, but it is not certain. (Even if one existed at one point, have any copies survived? Probably, but maybe not.) If a free image does not exist, then of course no new free image can be created to replace it. Current orphan, however if it was in use it would fail WP:NFCC #8, in that all it shows is a crowd outside a building, there is nothing in the picture that could significantly increase readers' understanding of anything. LGA _talk^edits 22:26, 23 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
