Unionhawk (talk · contribs) I am seriously considering adopting a newbie, but I think I need a little guidance myself, first. Unionhawk (talk) 15:36, 26 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Unionhawk, you're doing a fine job as of late on Wikipedia, especially with your script-related work. I don't think you're ready to adopt just yet, seeing your contributions. You have a little over 2,000 edits, but most are script related. Before adopting, expose yourself more to Wikipedia by contributing in other areas such as WP:XFD, or even here at WP:ER. I also recommend expanding/creating/editing articles without scripts, as it teaches you the ways of Wikipedia, and in the future you can teach your adoptee. For now, I would say wait a bit before adopting, but continue to do the fine work you're doing.--Truco 22:17, 9 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Questions

  1. Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
Um... not especially. I really like tagging articles, which basically only tells somebody else to fix it. I'm not a very bold editor...
  2. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
Yes I have... I am currently dealing with it/have already dealt with it. It all has a lot to do with a recent blog post, but there was also a recent dispute on the notability of a teacher at Moeller High School. Other than that, no.
