UNHchabo (talk · contribs) I've been editing at Wikipedia for a while, mostly just edits here and there though; I don't do 1,000 edits in a week or anything crazy like that. I rarely do large changes as I'm not the best writer and I'm not an expert in many things, but I still do my best. Just looking for suggestions on how I could do better.

Reviews

  • Woah! Terribly sorry for not reviewing you earlier, but I completely forgot about this! Anyway, some advice: if you want to learn some more about Wikipedia policy, it might be helpful to try your hand at recent change patrol, reverting vandalism. There are something like 50-100 changes made to Wikipedia pages every minute, and a large proportion of those are vandalism, so there's always something for you to do there. If you catch and revert some vandalism, you should also place one of these tags on the user's talk page (using the most lenient tag first, then slowly progressing toward harsher warnings) to inform them of the problem. You're doing well, and this might help you get a little more involved around here. Daveydweeb (chat/patch) 03:33, 9 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Questions

  1. Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
I haven't created any substantial pages (mostly just taking content from larger pages in order to cut down on length of the original), but I'd say the ones I've done the most for are Airsoft and Action Quake 2.
  2. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
A small conflict with an editor over the page ‎Actinic E-Commerce. It was obviously a commercial page, and I turned it from a blatent advertisement into a neutral stub, and he reverted it. I put up the tag saying that the page was commercial, and he took that off, so I put it up on AfD, and the result was delete.
Basically, I try to resolve all issues with talk pages when possible.
