Tuspm (talk · contribs) Hello. I have been a part of the Wikipedia community since February 2006 and during this time, I've managed to achieve an edit count of over 3,300. I would really like to be an administrator one day but before I request adminship, I would like to get other user's feedback on what I can do to improve. Your comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thank you. I appreciate that. --Tuspm (C | @) 00:26, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Well, now, I'm very impressed by your high user talk and article space edits. Since you're now pretty experienced in article editing (and welcoming users, which is always nice), you might like to try your hand more in the project space. I'd highly recommend that you give voting on AfDs a try, because it's very useful for learning some of Wikipedia's more important policies regarding acceptable article content, and would develop some credibility for your case if you ever decide to run for adminship. Questions

  1. Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
I am really pleased with all of my contributions, to be honest. But I am most particularly pleased with my contributions to the Welcoming committee. I am also very pleased with the amount vandalism I've reverted.
  2. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
I have not been in any "major" conflicts but I sometimes do have the occasional user who tells me that I have reverted something that is not vandalism. If it truely wasn't vandalism, I apologize to the user and fix the mistake. I believe that acting civil is one of the most important things, as well as handling stress correctly. Both of which, in my opinion, I am very good at.
