Generally, you need a minimum of three months and 2,000 edits before you are likely to pass the requests for adminship process. If you are interested in maintaining the encyclopedia by deleting inappropriate pages and blocking vandals, I suggest you learn the ropes at Wikipedia:Admin coaching.
You voted three times and misunderstood the central issues at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Battles in Harry Potter, which was deleted despite your opinion to keep it. You can learn about the critical issues that govern deletion debates by reading about policies such as notability, verifiability, and neutral point of view.

My Harry Potter edits are usually very good, i have added good sections to Order of the Phoenix (organisation) and others .....
