2011-06-18 (Suspected copyright violations)[edit]
  • Copyright concerns remain. Article deleted or tagged for speedy deletion. Although wikibin article was copied from here, this is the recreation of an article deleted through AFD, that was also a copyvio at the time. BelovedFreak 08:58, 18 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • No copyright concern. False positive. Can't see any matching text. BelovedFreak 21:22, 21 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Cut and paste move, target article tagged for speedy deletion to make way for move. Also, part of article was copied from University website - has been cleaned. BelovedFreak 21:10, 21 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Cut and paste move fixed by investigator or others. BelovedFreak 21:42, 21 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • No copyright concern. Split from another article, bot flagged a mirror of original article. Attribution has been provided. BelovedFreak 21:18, 21 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Article blanked for evaluation and closure through WP:CP. It is a copyvio but was highlighted after content was spun out into a new article, so it wasn't the original contributor who got the notification. Thought it was best to start again on this one. January (talk) 12:07, 20 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Article cleaned by investigator or others. No remaining infringement. Creator rewrote it. January (talk) 19:39, 20 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Copyright investigations (manual article tagging)[edit]
  • Article cleaned, still needs a history purge to remove original copyvio. Stub'd --NortyNort (Holla) 12:30, 26 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Purged. Copyright problem removed from history. --January (talk) 19:27, 26 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Note: I've verified at least copyvio from 2004's Once Upon a Time in the Italian West by Howard Hughes. Stubbing. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 01:55, 30 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Article cleaned, still needs a history purge to remove original copyvio. --NortyNort (Holla) 03:20, 26 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Purged. Copyright problem removed from history. --January (talk) 21:42, 26 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • A temp was created by an editor different than the article's created but still contains copyright problems. A comparison of the current temp version and source in question can be seen here. Additionally, the photos may not be properly licensed, particularly the theater's logo isn't. I left a notice on the temp creator's talk about the copyright problems and possible multiple user names.--NortyNort (Holla) 12:40, 16 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Suspected source cites Wikipedia as a source but I don't see any indication this new article was deleted in the past and can't quite find where the text may have come from. I queried the article creator on their talk.--NortyNort (Holla) 03:16, 26 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
It's been suggested that I was mistaken here, and that may well be the case. I looked at the history of the current article, not that of the redirect Alter Real. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 10:03, 26 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Aah, that makes sense now. I removed the tag and requested a history merge for attribution.--NortyNort (Holla) 12:16, 26 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
