Comment: Although the tag was removed by a user with a note that it was "improperly placed", the lead paragraph of this article is a word-for-word duplicate of the official website, which displays an "all rights reserved" label. I have re-tagged it and left a note of inquiry at the article's talk page. Previous editors (prior to me) seem to have plagiarized material from that site's glossary; no citations were given at all for the article.
